Description
Arising from the fundus on the greater curvature there is a spherical mass; the surface shows
numerous tags of fibrous tissue as if it had been adherent to nearby structures. The histology of the
lesion is that of neurilemmoma. This was an incidental finding in a woman who drowned in a bath.
